We focus on inspiring and empowering individuals to achieve their potential by providing a sustainable pipeline of training programmes, work placements and employment opportunities within the corporate sector. We work closely with candidates and clients to ensure that we provide talented, experienced, highly capable individuals, often with unique skill sets and government security vetting, to fill the most demanding roles.

What makes Anascena unique is our ability to open doors to a diverse talent pool in the form of ex-military personnel across all Service communities including military spouses.  We source, interview and present ‘ready to work’ individuals for employment.

We work with corporate Clients, military Regional Rehabilitation Units and Service charities for those Wounded, Injured or Sick (WIS) in order to identify opportunities for sustainable second careers.  We have developed relationships with many Service charities, including Flying for Freedom and Walking With The Wounded, which enables us to provide ongoing support, advice and guidance beyond the first few weeks of a hire.
